Hello! Sunday was a really exciting day for me! I went to the Netherlands! We went just for a one day because it’s not that far from here. We visited a city called Roermond. It’s really beautiful. It was a little bit too hot for walking outside but it’s better than rain. We also went to a place called ‘Roermond Designer Outlet’. It’s a place for shopping but it’s like a city, everything is outside. It’s actually difficult to explain, so I think you will understand everything when you will see my photos from there. I haven’t bought that much stuff there but I still really enjoyed it. I have also tried a really delicious thing named churros. Maybe it’s something like donuts. I got it with nutella and it was sooo good! You have to try it. And of course for lunch we got some fried fish because people make the fish there.

At the end of Sunday we came back to Germany. We still had some time, so we decided to visit the city center of Duisburg. This city is way bigger than I thought. And it has many places to visit. And all of them look wonderful. Who lives next to it is really lucky. You will see some beautiful places from the photos. Enjoy!

  1. If you get the chance, go to Madurodam, it’s worth the trip. Just a short distance out of Amsterdam. “Madurodam is a miniature park and tourist attraction in the Scheveningen district of The Hague, Netherlands, home to a range of perfect 1:25 scale model replicas of famous Dutch castles, public buildings, airports, etc.

If you are looking for beaches, you can hop a train for a short ride to Sitges. It’s a lovely coastal town where the actual town in a sunken city area. You could pitch a tent on the hill above the ocean, not sure how it is now.
